PLEASE BE AWARE
They have absolutely no customer services skills
Also they are very intolerant with children.
On top of that I requested my son records and they charge $10 for one copy and made me wait 2 hours for it.
STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE

Horrible service! I've been with then for more than 4 years. At first they were very nice and had a reasonable waiting time in the clinic but now it's all bad. Receptionist are very rude. I have been calling for three days in a row trying to get an appointment for my baby and all they will say is "please hold" "were too busy call later" or they just just told me in a very unprofessional way if I wanted to go than just go in but I was going to be waiting there for more than 3 hours. Today I called Dr. Renzo Fornasini, Pediatric & Adolescent Clinic and I explained the situation of this unprofessional clinic and they told me to go ahead and go in that they would gladly see my baby. I'm glad I found another professional clinic nearby where I'll be switching all my kids to.

I have Been with them for five years but Now they have gotten worst there customer service ;the receptionist are very rude and they want to charge for any copy $10 I needed a copy of my son immunizations record that's it a .20 cents piece of paper told to me rudely documents I would think they have on file.
