Jumping Panda

We hired Jumping Panda for my daughter's 4 year old birthday party, and I was blown away by the professionalism and communication that I received. Due to a rain delay we decided to cancel the party, but because of how great the company was to reschedule for us, we ended up using the jumpy house later for a family get together. Justin at Jumping Panda was always available to talk to over the phone and really did do his very best to make our party a success. Highly recommend this company. They do have a delivery fee but I knew about all the fees ahead of time. No surprises.

DO NOT buy from this company unless you like a lot of heartache. I got an online deal for this company in May and booked in May for my daughter's first birthday party in October. A Full 5 months in advance. I called them to confirm and they said they didn't have me on the calendar. They also didn't have any bounce houses available. The only thing they were able to offer me was a waterslide (umm in October???) AND I would have to pay the upgrade fee. They blamed it on me because I was supposed to call them back with the exact address of the location. Instead of contacting me when they didn't get the information they booked over me. Then they tried to say they didn't have my phone number. First of all you need to train your employees on how to take an order. If you need a phone number they need to ask for it. Second ,they had my e-mail address because they sent me a confirmation e-mail so they should have e-mailed me. A reputable business doesn't just book over a reservation without making an effort to reach out to the customer. Third, if YOU screw up you don't try to charge the customer an upgrade fee. You eat that cost because you messed up. Overall this company has been horrible to work with. There are way to many bouncy house businesses out there for you to choose Jumping Panda. Please do yourself a favor a go with someone else. If not you risk having a lot of really dissapointed kids when they let you down like they did me. Thankfully, my daughter is too young to know and be dissapointed however her guest now won't have anything to keep them occupied. Trust me. Stay Away.
