Famous Footwear

This store carried all the brands we like. Our family of four went into the shop with a few hundred dollars cash and intent to outfit all of us with Birkenstocks. However, the women who was working there behaved as if we were a huge bother when we asked about my son's wide feet. She told us to look online and walked away to talk to someone else before I could buy the shoes I had already picked out for myself. So, we left with nothing. The poor customer service lost this business 4 guaranteed sales!!! We ended up buying shoes for both kids at a different store.
