Adriana Court

I live at Adrian Court just off of 56th Street. The parking is HORRIBLE. They do not enforce the parking rules there fore people let their friends park in the tenants spots for days at a time and don't move their cars instead of just parking in the visitors area. The staff was inept and didn't listen and didn't care to what was going on. I saw another tenant dumping rotten food into the bushes and nothing was done after numerous calls so there was a stench of rotten food. I had to call multiple times to have a maintenance man show up becuase my key was stuck in the door becuase the lock was from 1950 it seemed like. The maintenance men are rude and act is if you are stupid and that you are bothering them to do their job. The snow removal is a joke. They plow right when it snows so if it snows a lot which is does in Nebraska. No more plowing is done after that first time and the parking lot turns into ice after people drive on it and they rarely shovel or ice the sidewalk. The windows i
