This is the only craft store in the area that denies customers the use of their scooter. The manager always tells customers it is broken. It is NOT broken. Then manager keeps it in a back office because she doesn't want customers to damage her end caps and displays. If the end caps are damaged it comes out of her annual yearly bonus LM

RANEE the General Manager yelled at my kids for "peeing on the floor" when infact, they did not, we had a yelling match in the store where she claimed it was a joke, it was meant as a joke!, Who do you think you are for yelling at children???!!!
