Quick Home Appliance Repair

I was looking for somebody that would be really cheap to look at my broken refigerator and I found these guys. I call up some guy that was crabby with me to start with and asked him how much it would cost to come out and take a look at my refrigerator and tell me whats wrong. The crabby guy says we charge $35 and then I ask is there any other hiddens fees associated with service call. " Nope, no other fees we'll take care of you," the angry man says. Then he asked for my name, address and phone number and finds a time when I will be home for them to come over. After we set the time he told me that he'll send a guy over and literally said good-bye and hung up on me. I should have known at that time to cancel and go with somebody else, but since the guy said he was so cheap I would still go with him even though the guy was a total d*ck on the phone. So the next day comes and the guy shows up and takes a look at it and gives me some good advice and tells me that it would cost around $400 bucks to fix. He writes up the bill and tells me $58. I say, "Excuse me, the guy on the phone said it was $35, plus tax" the guy says its $20 extra dollars for diagnosis. I was so upset I grabbed a pen and kicked him out of my house.

I know its only 20 more bucks, but when somebody tells you a dollar amount and then its different they come over for the service call, thats BS, So i guess if you go with these people, watch out for the hidden fees and terrible customer service. I will never go with this business again nor will I ever refer these people to anybody.
