Very quick, friendly and excellent service. I normally don't write reviews but my 2 watches took about 2 minutes of time and I was happy with the low prices. Very good service!

I had three watches worked on in May at The Time Shoppe. One needed a new battery. It was fixed and is working fine. The second needed a new leather band. I wore it three or four times and the band fell apart. Because of my work schedule I couldn't take the watch back right away. The third watch had been my father's. It had great sentimental value to me. It needed a new crystal. Once repaired, I wore Dad's watch several times. The band was old so I took Dad's watch in again to get a new band for it and took my other watch with the new but broken band back. The Time Shoppe sold me a new band for Dad's watch and put it on the watch. They didn't however offer to make good on the faulty band they sold to me in May. With a new band on Dad's watch, I put it on and ran a few errands. Two hours after I left The Time Shoppe I looked at my wrist and the crystal was gone. I'd done nothing to the watch but wear it. When I took it back to The Time Shoppe and explained what happened I was met with blank stares and was told I'd lost the crystal and the bevel and there was nothing they could do about it. I should never have had them fix the chipped crystal in the first place. If he had fixed it well it wouldn't have simply popped off. That they didn't even apologize, that they didn't even offer to make good on my other new but broken watch band... ugh. I think The Time Shoppe does a lousy job repairing watches and they don't stand behind their work. It's too bad. I like to patronize local businesses. I will never go to The Time Shoppe again. If you have a watch you care about, don't entrust it to the careless and uncaring people at The Time Shoppe.
