Getting Your Watch Back in Time.
- General Info
- Glezer-Kraus was established in 1969 but operated under the name of Longines/Whitnauer. In 1983 Henry Kraus and Tamara Glezer changed the company name to Glezer-Kraus Watch Repair. We are the Factory Authorized repair center for Ebel, Concord, Movado, ESQ, Ball, and Gucci. We have been a Factory Service Center for the North American Watch Company since 1984 and were authorized to repair Piaget, Corum, Concord, and Movado until the company spun off and Piaget and Corum were sold. Currently, we are the only watch repair company in the Midwest authorized to repair for the Movado Group. Being authorized also gives us the privilege of being able to repair watches under the manufacturers warranty.

I didn't know where to take my Rolex because I was not sure which company I could trust to do the work correctly. After asking around about which places are good, someone told me about Glezer-Kraus. Not only did they take good care of my watch within a short time period (which is unheard of in this business. Other places will make you wait for months, and yes, sometimes even years.), but they also treated me like a top shelf customer. Thank you again so much.

Great customer service for unique time pieces! Easy to get to location too. Have taken my Cartier there for cleaning/repair and highly recommend.

The service is EXCELLENT and the person that helped me was more than a pleasure to deal with.
After going to Glezer-Kraus, there's no reason to have a watch fixed anywhere else!

I sent my working watch in for what I thought was covered by warranty. turns out it was not. I decided not to have it repaired. when it was returned, it did not work and there was dirt on the inside of the crystal. the ladies working their accused me of lying and hung up.

I dropped off my watch in working order. When it was returned after an estimate equal to the watch's value, it was not working. I called and explained this. I was immediately accused of lying and told that other people had tried this before. The ladies yelled at me and hung up on me. They told me that the claim ticket had a number of services listed which means the watch was not working. Keep this in mind - they do not let you keep the claim ticket, they write the services on the claim ticket, and my watch was working when I brought it to them. I only wanted an explanation or apology and now I am considering legal action.
