L A Nails of Linden Inc

I've been a loyal customer of L.A. Nails for 10 years but today that loyalty ended abruptly. I went on a Tues @6:40pm for a brow wax. There were 4 nailtechs & 4 clients.



The 1st hispanic nailtech finished her client's nails at 6:50pm & proceeds to wax her eyebrows. She finished the wax job @6:52pm. She tidy ups her station & walks around the salon while blatantly ignoring me & pretending that I am not waiting. The time is now 7:02pm & the nail tech rushes out the back door to leave and go home.



The 2nd hispanic nailtech finished her client's nails @7:09pm, waxes her brows, done @7:11pm. Then she does the EXACT SAME THING AS THE OTHER NAIL TECH. THE TIME IS 7:15PM & I AM FUMING MAD.



I ASK THE OWNER WHAT'S THE ISSUE OF THE NAILS TECHS NOT ACKNOWLEDGING MY EXISTENCE & NOT WANTING TO WAX MY EYEBROWS WHICH IS A 2MIN SERVICE! HE SAYS "OH 2 MORE MINUTES" pointing to the 3rd Asian nailtech who's CLEARLY NOT DONE W/ HER CLIENT'S ACRYLIC SET! I stormed out & will never return. Wasted 35min.

I highly recommend!!!!!!! They saved my nails after Hollywood nails disaster!! They are very polite people and very skilled !!! Thank U!!!!
