I am very disappointed in A Plus Benefits. I have given them a lot of business and I have worked with them for 4 years. Watch out their rates increase significantly year over year. Also something to watch out for is their surgery policy and many little hidden health addendum's. Not to mention the Cobra situation they have. There were some really important medical things going on in a few employees lives and they do not send you a bill for cobra and if you are 1-2 days late you will be cut off. They give you no warning. And on Cobra they deny a lot of bills so even though you are paying for it they really don't care. I strongly suggest not going with this company. And if I could give 0 Stars I would!

I own a small business with 5 employees and A Plus has been wonderful. Their prices and fees are lower than most other companies and the health insurance is really great. They do require the employer to pay for the full-time employee's health insurance just like all the other hr companies. I recently had to fire a long term employee and they helped us through the process and even helped us fight the unemployment claim. They are worth every penny.

A Plus Benefits has worked wonders for our company and employees; they are very easy to work with and have helped our company with a large variety of needs. I read the other two reviews and decided that they were written by 12 year old minded employees who were most likely lied to by their own employer.

They hook you with the ease of a remote HR department and then stick it to you with a scam of a health insurance option. Misrepresented their coverage to my employer and now I am stuck paying a ton out of pocket for a medically necessary procedure. Do your self a favor and stay away.
