        Greatly overcharged and bathroom floor covered in water

        Was charged $515 for approx 1 hour of work (do initial auger of toilet - it was clear, remove toilet and snake the pipe with a bigger snake). Bathroom faucet pulled from wall during situating the machine used to snake the toilet drain pipe. Faucet was turned on (by worker) to test the drain and not long after the bathroom floor was covered in water. The water drained down to the 1st floor foyer (through the light fixture!). The drain was cleared but think charge was excessive and our "10% discount" was taken away because it took an additional 30-45 mins or so to fix the bathroom faucet. The worker was very professional, just not happy about the incident and the excessive cost for just an hour of work!
