Platinum

Platinum provided me with excellent service on my network, they came and provided me with a second opinion on my network status and I found out I had all kinds of issues. I brought it to the attention of my then IT person and he shook his head, and said he could not fix those issues as he was not experienced enough. I called Platinum they came out within 24 hours and resolved all major issues, they were very prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a great value. Once they were here, I found out about all the other services they offer, it was fantastic. I know use their IT services, Laserfiche, VoIP, Website Design, Email & Web hosting, Search Engine Marketing, SEO and document scanning service. They truly do it all, if you have IT you need Platinum. You would think I was there best customer by the way they treat me, I feel special.
