Parts City Auto Parts - Litchfield Parts City

It is sad to such negative reviews on Brandon's store as he and his team of employees are first rate and will help just about anyone they can however they can. I have purchased many parts from them over the last several years and always happy with the price and service. They are a good example of a small town business doing things right.

It's my understanding that this Bumper to Bumper is now owned by "Part City Auto Parts"; Owner Brandon Larson?? This is completely unacceptable and rude to the one person who only wanted to help her mom. I can't take either side but if what she posted is true, I won't shop there any more. I live in Cokato and every now and then purchase some things there.

My mother needed a new distributor for her one and only car, of which was not running. She lives down the road from this Part City Auto Parts store (formally known as Bumper to Bumper) in Litchfield, MN but needed to drive her 4-wheeler down to get assistance on what type of distributor she would need. Her husband just lost his job and they could not afford to pay for this ($300) so I, her daughter, elected to purchase for them. I live outside of Chicago and was willing to pay with my major credit card so they can get it ordered asap and she would have transportation. I was working with a gentleman by the name of Dennis and he was willing to do this for me; no issues. When I called back to place the order Dennis answered the phone and asked the Owner to assist with the transaction. His response was; "I don't feel comfortable taking her credit card because if it doesn't go through we're fu****!". I heard this in the background and asked to talk to this rude individual. He gets on the phone and I questioned his decision as we Americans place orders on the internet for most of our purchases! He just said it was his choice and he doesn't need my business as he's doing very well without it and was cancelling my mother's order. An article in the newspaper about this company will be placed and I highly recommend that you purchase your parts from somewhere else. This is poor customer service and just goes to show that this Owner has no respect or regard towards his customers. My mother has several medical issues and doctors appts that she needs to get to. Because of this she has to wait. Doesn't this owner know that when you run a credit card through that it will either get accepted or it will get rejected???
