This is my first time to rate a post office. I have lived in Lithia Springs for over 35 years. I have worked in the metro Atlanta area for all this time as well. I have gone to POs in Atlanta, College Park, Dunwoody, Stockbridge, Douglasville and other areas too. The Lithia Springs post office was the nicest and most helpful of the entire lot. Not sure why the pervious folks felt the need to vent but I have been witness to loud obnoxious customers and the folks at LSPO were very polite and managed to handle the situation very tactfully. I am glad I live in LS and I feel like the folks at my post office have my back at all times. Good job folks! Keep up the great work!

Wow what a horrible experience. I am calling about a lost package and have been directed back and forth all day and was very nice about what had happened and the woman I spoke with (should have gotten her name) was very rude. She had an attitude when I am the one calling with no attitude trying to find information on my package that is lost. I am new to Georgia just moved here so I am very unfamiliar with the area and some of the procedures. She acted like she was not interested in helping me. I still do not know where my package is and this is day 3. So very unprofessional. I work in customer service and I have yet to treat any customers this way, especially ones that are inquiring about their items. I cannot wait to move so I do not have to affiliate with this post office anymore. I hate rude people for no reason it really makes for a permanent negative experience. I had to call another USPS center to get information on what to do because of the lack of knowledge and/or help I recieved from the post office literally up the road. So sad.

The post office in Lithiaspring Georgia on Skyview Dr. has the most unprofessional employees there. I had a problem with a returned package that was delivered to my home on error and I took it to Lithiaspring post office and the supervisor, Mr. Frazier(very lazy) is going to advise me to take it to the post office in Austell because that's the address on the box, but I did not know where Austell post office was at the time, so I'm telling him that I'm not familiar with the area, and the clerk, Mr Johnson(lazy) interrupted our conversation and said they can not take the box because Austell is the one who delivered it on error so they have to be the one to reship it. Okay, at this moment, now I'm confused, because I thought that you can take mail to any post office to have them deliver it, rather it's an error or not. Anyway, I called to speak with the manager, Mrs. Debra Lairtoo(Lazy & rude), I advised her of what took place that morning and I would like to know if an incident like this ever happens in the future, do I bring the mail here or what do I do? she immediately said hold on and put Mr. Frazier on the phone as if I'm about to get ignorant with him, which was the reason for calling her, thinking by her being the manager...she would handle the matter with concern. Clearly, she handle the matter very unprofessionally, but now I see why, when you have the head that is very rude, ignorant, and unprofessional...then now I can clearly see why Mr. Frazier and Mr. Johnson acted the way they acted. However, the ONLY professional and kind one there with such great customer service skills is the young lady, Mrs. Angela. I've been going to this post office for over ten years and each time I go there Mrs. Angela is stil the same humble and professional clerk. They need to hire more people like her,because Mr. Frazier(Lazy&rude), Mr. Johnson(lazy), and Mrs. Debra Lairtoo (Lazy, rude & unconcerned for the customers) has a problem with serving the customers and has a lack of concern about the customers mail being delivered to them safely...and needs more customer service training. So, thank you so much Mrs. Angela, because you are truly a blessing to the customers.
