I called Turner Heating & Air when my gas furnace stopped working. Within the hour Mr. Tim Turner came to my house. I was impressed with the prompt response and the professional manner. He took time to explain everything he did. He made me a believer in using privately owned companies. I highly recommend him if you require HVAC service.

Our AC compressor decided to quit after 26 years. After contacting the company we had a maintenance contract with, we decided to call Turner because the cost was so high. The owner, Tim Turner, answered the phone and we explained everything to him. He gave me a price which was very competitive. They were working on two new homes so we scheduled for a few days out. During that time, Tim Turner came out and checked over what needed to be done. They came out right on time and jumped right into the job. They started at 9:30am and didn't stop once until completion around 2:30pm. I would highly recommend Turner Heating and Air because of their professionalism, their costs, and because you can talk directly with him. No switchboard or waiting for someone else to call.
