No team has ever done more to show how my business was valued! Irene happily assists with my MANY special requests, and suprisingly, never charges me a penny after the initial costs of the exam and the products. 2 years after I bought my first pair of glasses, I was jumping around at a concert; when they fell off my head onto the cement. I didn't notice until I felt them under my feet and heard an aweful "crunch". They were beyond repairable! Still, I had never loved a set of frames more, so I figured I could at least TRY to see if they could be repaired. Irene was doubtful even the best guy could repair these, but still happily sent them off to the technician so he could try. I would have paid anything to fix them, too. But Irene insisted on NOT CHARGING A CENT, as she explained that they always gaurentee to service and repair their products for life!!! NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT OTHER COMPANY OR PROVIDER DECLINES TAKING YOUR MONEY? These guys are the best of the best!

Dr philipps is really great OD unfortunately her optician Irene has the worst attitude. Not worth my business for eyeglasses- good place for eye exam ONLY!!!!
