My wife and I Recently went to PEAK KIA to do some car browsing when we were Approached by Sophie Pearson A Rep. She was very helpful and explained every thing to our Satisfaction. because of her help we went a head and purchased our new 2015 KIA Sportage . I would recommend Her and PEAK KIA for your next new vehicle.

I don't normally write reviews but with the experience that I had here, I knew I needed to. If you're thinking about buying a car from here please think twice or shop around.

First, we drove about 2 hours to get to Peak Kia with the intentions of purchasing a Kia Sorrento for my Sister. I was along for the ride and my knowledge of buying cars. This was new to her so I wanted to help her as much as I could. We dealt with Brian Barr in sales/leasing dept. We called him a few weeks prior and explained the deal she was looking for. We waited a few weeks for a couple things to fall off her credit report. Today was the day she was ready to purchase a car. We called Brian yesterday he said for her to fill out a credit app on the website. She did and we asked if it would ding her credit? He replied No. Well, it did 3 pts. We should have known right then and there this would have been a nightmare. We call the next day and he says her finance rate will be between 9-13%. Which we understand she doesn't have top notch credit. He then called and said she would be able to qualify for a car under $20,000 because the bank won't lend her anymore then that. That meant she couldn't get the Sorrento she really wanted. So, she found another one. We made our way out to Littleton. We pulled up and right away he had the worse attitude. He clearly has no customer service. We checked out the car and it was alright. We said let's find a different car because this one isn't what she wants. He has the attitude of take it or you can't get anything else. He said let's go in and do a credit app. We were confused because we thought, didn't you already do one? We went to the office and she filled it out. We talked numbers a little. He was rude and short. He didn't care we were there to do business. My Sister was talking to him about her credit and his answer was well I can't help you with your credit. He was so freaking rude! Then proceeded to push that car on her and we said no she doesn't want it lets see what else is out there. He picked up the phone and called finance and was nasty and said oh she doesn't want that Sorrento! she wants something else. Mean while they were running her "credit" to see what she "qualifies" for... After our rude experience I walked into the show room and found Brian and he said I pulled up the white Kia. Ummm, weren't you saying you have to see what she qualifies for first? He replied with "oh" and walked toward finance. At that point I was done with his rude attitude. I asked him if he even ran her credit yet. He replied no.. I said please don't we're going else where. I think he was a little floored but when you treat customers like crap you don't deserve business. She may not of had perfect credit but shame on you for treating her like she was worthless. Needless to say we drove another hr to Boulder, Co to McCaddon GMC and she drove off in a brand new 2016 GMC Terrain... Customer service will get you a long way in the sales dept.

Great customer experience! Paul was fantastic getting me into a lease on a beautiful car. I have never had someone take so much time to walk me through the features on the car after I bought it! Very helpful. Corey was great blasting through the financing and Mike truly made me feel like part of the Kia family. Highly recommend

This was the second new vehicle we got through Peak Kia and our second time working with Paul O'farrell. The entire experience was so opposite from the stereotypical car-sales experience that I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. There was absolutely no pressure and no haggle on the price. Paul offered us a great deal from the outset (we had done our research) and despite our less-than-optimal credit, got us better financing than our own credit union was offering. VERY good experience all around.

I purchased a Kia Forte from Peak Kia on South Wadsworth with assistance from Donna Kidd and Team Kia. I can honestly say that it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought cars through private sellers, dealers and online sales, but the car buying process has never been easier or more pleasant than through Peak Kia.



Donna went far beyond the ordinary to help me test drive different cars to find the right one for me. She and Paul searched, found and delivered the right car on the same day. Donna made a trip to get the car I wanted from another Kia dealership. Donna processed the sale of my previous car, which was in collision repair, by visiting the repair facility and making a good offer for that car despite its being unfinished. The financing included advertised rebates, as well as two more for which I qualified. The price was the internet advertised price, and it was a very fair price.



Above all Donna was patient, courteous and genuinely concerned that I was able to get the car I wanted at the best price. Paul assisted in getting the car I wanted from another dealership on the same day I decided to buy. The whole Team Kia was friendly and hard working.



I highly recommend salesperson Donna Kidd and Peak Kia on South Wadsworth Boulevard to anyone seeking a car.

I recently purchased a 2010 KIA SOUL from Peak KIA of Littleton and I was very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of my salesman Grant Harrell. My car that I was trading in had just had 2500 dumped into it and the transmission started to go. He was able to get me into a car with no money down and gave me a great deal for my trade in. If you want a reliable car and a salesman that will go the extra mile to see you happy, go see Grant at Peak KIA of Littleton. You will be glad you did.

So many positive things to say and not a single negative! Grant Harrell took GREAT care of me and I found the exact car I was looking for. Everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming! Grant took care of all the details and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and I was off in my new car. This has been, by far and away, the easiest car buying experience. I have not so stellar credit but Grant did a great job with getting me set up on a payment that's affordable and they even worked with me on my down payment. I would recommend Peak and Grant and the finance guys to anyone looking for a new car. They even have massage chairs while you wait! How rad is that?!

Matthew and Joshua down at Peak Kia are such a breath of fresh air especially in the car business. I shopped around at a few other Kia dealers before I made my way into Peak and I received absolutely terrible service everywhere I went. Fortunately I decided to look up some online reviews and I saw that Peak Kia and specifically Matthew and Joshua rated higher than anybody else around. And let me tell you they surpassed my expectations and did such an amazing job that I have already referrred my sister and one of my friends to them. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend the same.
