Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We were moving a refrigerator and the water line got pinched and a pin hole water leak all over the floor this happened on a Sunday and we were just going down the list of plumbers near us but no one would answer their phones. But Rotor Rooter did and sent out Caleb Breen who told us exactly what everything would cost and also gave up some tips and heads up on a couple of other items we may have problems with in the future. Nice guy even didn't mind the dogs jumping and following him around. Rotor Rooter is now the first people we'll call and ask for Caleb.

From the young lady that took my call to the service technician Joe Shirey #1695 that came out in just a few hours very professional. The cost was reasonable.

I like that i could get a tech here within hours with Rotorooter and its part of what you pay for. Justin was very pleasant to work with and resolved my urgent issue. My bathroom walls and floor needed a good clean up after the service which I'm not sure is the standard protocol or not. (tech #5289)

Justin David #5289 was my knight in a shining armor (really a blue uniform with Roto-Rooter on the front). On Jan 21st he came over to take care of my sewer system than had backed up. He came to the door with a smile and air of confidence. He looked around to survey the mess I had and promptly set to work to resolve the back up. I will keep his number on hand if I need any other drain issues resolved.

Kyle came over to snake our main line stack and examine our secondary line on Jan. 21. He was very professional, considerate and worked very hard to help with our problem. He took the time to listen when I talked about the leaking issue, and was patient when explaining what was going on. His biggest concern was for me & my family ... very selfless all day. A true professional ... Roto-Rooter is fortunate to have Kyle.
