Buffalo Wild Wings

I've been there twice since I've been living here! Once in the day and once at night! Had great waitresses! Very polite! Also I had my 3 month old daughter with me both times and they always came back asking if I needed anything! :)

After eating here several times through out the past few years... I have noticed that the service is hit or miss.... Tonight after having a ash tray shoved in my hand by the black midget working behind the bar because i left the bar to move to a table, then getting no service Ill pass on ever going back there again... Lost someone that ate there at least 2 times a week.... Might of been different if when I spoke with the "manager" she had a better responce then we will work on that... Paying customers are not lab rats for you to work on....

This person was the best. She greeted us sat us down at a great table and immediately offered to get our drinks while we browsed the menu. Amanda is her name and she is truly the best ever. My friends and I eat here pretty frequently and for a time had stopped based on the waitress's service.

Amanda, should be a trainer not a waitress for her demeanor and tone and professiional and positive attiude is expressed with everyone she met. We observed her with other customers and she (Amanda) is proven to be a definite asset to your corporation. If I were in power I would send an undercover BOSS from corporate headquarters to verify her everyday performance. SHE is the BEST!!!!

What more can be said: She got the order right the very first time and I told the manager these same words."She got it write the first time, Wings were cooked and the sauce was on the side just as ordered. This is also a first for us."

Amanda, is agressive, positive and demonstrates her attitude with all she comes in contact with, again she is a truce credit to your store, the company and should be rewarded for all her efforts. She will be asked to wait on us each and everytime we visit this location. GREAT JOB AMANDA)
