        What can I say...it's Chili's. Quality wise it's no different than the other chain restaurants. However it is I'm the Forum and can get packed quick. If it is packed, you may be better off going to to the Chili's in Schertz which is only 5 more miles north on IH-35 (exit 174-FM 3009/Roy Richards Dr)

        Poor Customer Service

        Very poor service. The "greeter" did not say hello nor smile, just showed us to our seat and left a menu on the table he never said a word to us. Our waiter was very rude and had the same poor attitude. Staff seems way to busy to care about refills. We will NEVER return to this location. New Braunfels has much better service!!!!! If you dont like your job quit and find another one.
