From reaching the point of being satisfied to complete dissatisfied with many issues that started to happen. I bought and traded at least four vehicles from this dealership, because of mechanical or defective part issue my confidence in these people have changed, especially after being told adjustments that were supposed to be done at the time I purchased the vehicle wasn't done. As a result of that failure my vehicle stated vibrating about two months ago. I was told that the tires were wearing out unevenly. They attempted to correct the problem, but unfortunately the worn tires are done deal the problem was not corrected. They even keep my car for three days, in addition to the vibration they scratched my rims which they had done during a previous service as well. In order to fix my rim the first time I was left with a bill of $140, now I'm left with a bill of $522 plus to replace the two tires that were damaged by the so called adjustment they failed to make at the time of purchase a year ago while the vehicle was new with less than 30 miles in its odometer. Based on my experience with buying vehicles and getting the vehicles serviced at World Car Nissan I thought they were getting better. If you wish to get a vehicle there you may want to bring someone with you and who knows what to check for otherwise you will be left unexpected expenses. My car is only a year and few months old from time of purchase. Also my vehicle had a perfect maintenance record with them including tire rotation and balance that supposed to help from having these types of problem. The question is why isn't the same problem happen to my other cars?
