        Do not complain about dirty sheets, broken refrigerator, or springs in the let out sofa.

        Mevand my husband has been staying here since 01/16.

        The staff is ok but the assistant g.m. travis mcghee was so disrespectful to me to the point were I had to hide it from my husband.

        Housekeeper open the door without knocking and he calls me a lyer and says we have to be out by noon or hes calling the police. Hotel equipped with cameras and a scanner to let them know who enter the room but he speaks to me that way.

        Well mecand my fam are unbothred because this is not the 1960 and there are other places that welcome our dollars.

        They should change theirvname because they are not meet laquintas standard in livingston ,tx.

        Bed bugs and roaches. Do not stay here unless u want to bring home their nastiness. The staff is lazy and very rude when a problem is brought to their attention.

        Upon our arrival, waited and w...

        Upon our arrival, waited and waited for the desk clerk to come to the desk.....finally had to call the hotel, on my cell phone, in order to get the clerk to come to the desk.

        Our room was basically clean, except that it needed dusting, I found long, black hair

        in the bathroom.....on the shower curtain and on the bath towel, and on the floor. I DO NOT have dark hair! The pillowcase on one of my pillows was stained and worn...needed to be replaced. Breakfast was cold, and more food needed to be prepared; it was not late enough in the morning for the attendant not to prepare more food. I have worked in the hotel industry for many years, I started out as a Front Desk clerk, was promoted to Sales Mgr, and later became an Asst. GM. I am very familiar with hotel procedures and standards. I believe that your hotel has alot of room for improvement. Thank you.
