The employees are rude and obnoxious. PHOTO: Karen from Plymouth location, 5 mile and Haggerty. She was screaming at me, walked away from me giving me the finger and refused to return the chicken that was bad. How do these people keep their job?

Let's start out with customer service - zero stars. I have asked for help and had workers walk away; I have asked for help and been told "I don't know" and when asked to find out had them walk away never to be seen again. Twice I was told by the workers in charge of the bottle return area that "they could turn me away" when I complained about them not keeping up on emptying the machines while the lines stretched out into the store. I laughed at their ignorance and lack of knowledge of what they can and can't do. I have also had check out staff complain to me that I should use the u-scan area, I guess because they don't want to actually do any work. One time I had the check out person in the express aisle yell at me for having 2 items more than the amount "recommended" (5 of my items were Kool Aid packs), and they didn't care when I pointed out the sign that said they would take any quantity in that lane. As for layout of the store - again zero stars. This is actually the worst large grocery store I have ever been in. They continually move sections around forcing you to re-learn the layout every time you go in there. You will often find that you get to one end of the store and they moved those items to the farthest end of the store, making you go all the way back. This is certainly not a store to just run in and out. IF the u-scan is not busy you are in luck, if it actually works you may make it out fast (these are really big ifs). The only plus I will give them is that they do have fairly good prices if you watch your sales. However, I would much rather pay a little more at one of the other local stores and be less frustrated.
