TGI Fridays Restaurant

I love their Cajun Shrimp & Chicken, even though is sooo overpriced. If it was under $10 ide eat there ALOT more *Hint Hint to tgi friday management*

We don't eat out too often but we were surprised by the great special they had going! We both got appetizers, desserts and an entree for a great price! When my daughter dropped her dessert on the floor by accident, the manager was super nice and replaced it! Highly recommend!

the food is good and the service is good.

We went to this resturant to have a quick meal, we started off with an order of Friday's wings, to our dissapointment when they arrived the wings looked like they belonged to a road runner, the drums were so small that we felt the economic problems hit the chickens too. Please feed them.

We did complain to the server and all he did was bring back 7 more wings that were smaller than the first ones. When we complained to the manager on duty he looked at them and said we should have gotten 30 wings instead of the 10.

My question is if they don't meet your standards then why serve them at all?????

We have been there several times and have always come away wondering what we had, It is like a different experience all the time, one time good one time poor. They need more help taking care of the customers and with their food.

With the economic times they need to bring value to the customers, there are many choices in Livonia that do a better job,

dined at rest. last night with family, first time and probably the last time. The food was good. the music that was playing while we were there was loud, screaming, and not condusive to eating. I would imagine that a lot of people listening to that music, as we did, will not return. The experience was a bad message for the restaurant to send to customers.
