Vera's Alterations

Vera is the absolute best there is! She is kind, patient, and most importantly amazing at what she does!! She fixed a dress that I had altered at a different place (it was a complete mess!!!!) And made it look beautiful again. If you are in the Livonia area look no further, this is the place to go! :)

Vera is the best tailor I have ever encountered. We had a circumstance that needed a competition dance dress to be hemmed in one day. She was extremely professional, kind and very gracious to change her schedule for us. Her work is impeccable.

My son was getting married on August 8th, and a week before the wedding, I finally found a skirt that I liked. It was a beautifully detailed, fully lined skirt from Talbots, but was too big. I brought the skirt to Vera on Saturday, August 1st. After making her alteration marks, it was apparent that the skirt had to be taken apart to be re-sized. She called me on August 5th and told me that the skirt was ready to be picked up. When I tried it on, IT FIT LIKE A GLOVE!!!!!!!! She does absolutely impeccable work!! I am very hard to fit....and she worked a miracle. I owe my stunning outfit to her.....thanks, Vera!!!

I have had a lot of clothes tailored in my life, but never have I had such quality results. My clothes needed extensive altering, but, now they look, feel, and fit as if they were custom made just for me thanks to Vera! Vera is the BEST! It seems that many people know she's the best which results in her being very busy. She does run behind in her work, but, it is well worth the wait. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
