Torres Appliance

So far I 'm not very happy with the service that I've gotten at all. It's been over 2 weeks now &IM still waiting for stove to be changed out from natural gas to propane the part came in on Wed of last week and the owner called right when it came in to let us know . But then promptly told us That I m 3rd in line and he's the only person that works there so he wasn't sure when he was going to have my stove ready for me . It's not enough that I've paid for a used Stove but I bought a stove and a wSher and dryer set tge same day also abd they don't deliver so I have to pick all of the items up also . Right now I'm about ready to bring back the washer that wS brought hone and get all if my money back . . If he's that busy then hire help . It's really poor customer service

went there needing frighted, washer and stove. he had all three at amazing prices, plus delivery and hookup. great service, polite and down to earth. I will go back for and appliance needs. Thank you Torres appliance owners
