What can I say? Every time I go there, (I've been there 3 times), the service makes me want to curse out the lazy bums who work there. To start of my first time there I was 13, my mother's a widow and she needed help screwing on a license plate on our new car. The screw were on rusty tight, so we checked out the Autozone in Lodi New Jersey for some WD-40. We bought it, and it wouldn't eat the screws off. My mother has gone through many health problems like cancer during her life, and she couldn't do much so it was all on me. We asked for help, pleading that we had no man in the house to do this and do you know what the 3 employees that worked there responses were? "I can't we are too busy ma'am." There were two people on line -_-. They lent us some tools saying we have to do it ourselves and we still were not able to get off the screws. Do you know how we got them off?! A man from the STD tire shop next door saw us and ran out to help. I hate that autozone with my life and I will return one day to give the employees a piece of my mind, now that I am older by a few years. I recommend this shop to NOBODY, unless you want to be lazily told to help yourself. I give -5 stars to this horrible place. And autozone employees if you're reading this, it may not have been you who gave us this trash. It was a larger man with long-ish hair who have us the most trouble. Idk if he still works there, I last saw him about 9 months ago. But the rest off the staff were no better, he just stuck out in my memory. Regardless, they don't deserve jobs and I hope they're reading this write now and feeling like sh@t! Thank you for reading this review. 100% truth and no exaggeration, yeah, they're that horrible.
