Coast Dental

My family has visited this dentist on 3 occasions. All 3 times we have had issues with billing and/or quality/integrity of service. Twice, we were billed for 50% of the service when my insurance covered 100%. I had to drive down to office to get this corrected. The 3rd time (the final blow), they told my wife she had 4 cavities, needed 5 sealants, and had gum disease. Ironically, she has never had ANY dental problems in her life. They set her up for 3 appointments with a monstrous bill. After the first of the 3 visits, we decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out, NONE of the diagnosis was true. No cavities, no gum disease and the sealants they put in had to be corrected!! This office suffers severely from incompetence or integrity issues. I'm not sure which one but me nor my family will ever go back! I gave them one star only because the people were relatively friendly during the service (which we didn't actually need).
