The Owner/Groomer (Karen) is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and clearly cares about your pet. My dog is an uncommon breed that requires a unique cut and I couldn't find anyone in the area that had any experience with the breed. I was very concerned that she not get a "generic dog cut". After chewing me out a little bit for not brushing my dog enough (I deserved it), Karen spent a lot of time preparing her for the cut, then gave her a show quality cut that is perfect for the breed. A little expensive, but well worth it. If you're clear with Karen what you want, she'll deliver it! She even came back with a ribbon and a bag of dog treats. Dogs are kept in cages up front so you can see them. I hate it when the dogs disappear into the back and you can't see what's happening. 39 years experience, highly recommended.

I took my dog there to get a simple clip around his eyes and a bath and when I returned to pick him up the groomer had shaved half the hair off of his tail and shaved his belly. She shaved his tail like a Lion! Not cool!! And when I asked her why she said "cause it was poodle like", but here's the problem "HES NOT A POODLE!" Not only did she do a horrible job at clipping the hair around his eyes, she also cut him on his face! Not professional at all! She took the initiative to do things without asking us. Not cool.
