They told us one price on the phone and charged over one hundred more than it should have been I would not recommend them to anyone

One of Mr. Elza's workers came to fix a leak in my bathroom that had a double sink. He blocked off the old drain pipe and installed a new one. I kept having a leak and he came back several times over the next month and finally I figured out that when he closed off the original pipe the other sink had no where to drain. Mr. Elza said he would come and see what had been done, then did not show and would not return phone call. Of course, he had cashed the check ($282.00) so I assume he was not interested in the fact that I had a sink that I could not use until I get another plumber to fix his mess. I would not give him any stars but had to give one in order to post this message. I would not recommend this company.

Very poor service. Came out, charged $200 (which is more than any other company in town) and my system still did not work. It backed up into the tubs and toilet would not flush. When I called they said that he had told us that the line needed to be roded. What they said when they were here was: "I could rod the lines but it will cost you more". Did not say they needed it or even it was recommended. As a home owner I trust the professionals to let me know what is needed. I don't know how it works but the professionals should know, and let the home owner know what is going on. I would not recommend anyone use this company. I could not be more disappointed in the service I received.
