Ramada Inn

I wen't in and paid for a suite he told me he only had one for 1 night we wanted it for 2 nights, he said we could change the next day and get another suite for the next night. so I went out and told my husband he said no he didn't want to change rooms the next day so I went back in and told the guy that so he said he had a regular room we could get for 2 nights so he changed card keys with me I ask how much more money I owed him he said nothing I thought now I know I owe more so I waited and came back down stairs and asked again he still said no well I asked him agian about 2 times he still said it was took care of so when we checked out the girl never said anything they waited till we left and called and left us a message on the machine that we owed them more so I called the manager and told him he said not to worry about it that it was took care of so we hung up well when I got my credit card statement it was on there so I called and told them i didn't appreciate it and then we tried to book a room yesterday and the guy told me he could not book us one there was something in the computer said not to. I think that is awful they got there money what is there problem I should be the one that is mad,we always stayed there at least 2or 3 times a year i know they will not miss my business but it just bothers me that they done us that way. I will never try to stay there again and will tell everyone I know not to either.
