We had a very good experience here. I chose them because they were nearby and accepted my insurance. We had a Friday morning appt for my daughter. She was seen right on time. Had the eye exam and picked out and ordered her glasses. The glasses arrived the next Monday...9 days after we ordered. We picked them up this morning, again no wait. Fit perfectly and looks great. Staff was friendly and professional. We will be back when the husband or I are ready for new glasses.

These people are at best incompetent and at worst taking advantage of people. No communication, takes months to get your glasses and when you get them they're screwed up. We've had glasses we've been waiting for over 5 months to get, every time we go in… nothing, assuming anyone is actually in the office (apparently posted business hours are totally optional).

Always an excuse, always blame it on someone else. At this poitn all we want is our money back for glasses we never received (again - after 5 MONTHS). Literally the only way we got *any* communication out of the was to contact the BBB.

Terrible terrible terrible say away.

I have been going here for years, but have finally decided to switch to a new office.
Reasons:
1. My husband and I made joint appointments. When we got to the office, it was so backed up with people that after an hour of waiting, we left because my husband thought he'd be late for work.
2. On my most recent visit, I ordered new glasses. It took weeks for them to come in. When I went to pick them up, their hours had changed and they were not open.
3. I decided to cancel the order so I phoned. I was told that in order to get a refund for my deposit of half the amount, the business manager would have to be consulted. No one called me back.
4. I called again, asking about the refund. This time I was told the doctor would have to be consulted. No one called me back.
5. I have called several other times. Once I left a message with an answering service.
Still, NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK.
6. I decided to drive to the office and pick up the glasses. The office was closed at 4 p.m. There was a small note on the door but I could not read it from my car and I am currently partially handicapped.
I still do not have my glasses.
Oh, and their prices are very high.
I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEATING YOUR HEAD AGAINST A WALL AND PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE PRIVILEGE.

Wish I read the review. Eye glasses are terribly expensive. Called to cancel order less than 24 hours after ordering. Was told someone would call back in the afternoon. Call not returned. Called the following day staff was not helpful and was told again that someone would call me back but I would not be getting a full refund because the lab starts making the lenses the minute the order is placed???after I was told it would be 2 weeks for the glasses to be in.
