        I had my car serviced this morning. The service advisor Richard was extremely kind and attentive to my needs. In like manner, the entire staff was friendly, and polite. Not to mention, Richard, was very professional and knowledgeable about cars. Mr. Canada was especially patient when I was explaining what I was experiencing. He knew what was common to my particular model, which helped me to convey my concerns easily.
