What Are The Rules of The Handicap Line?

 Anyone else have problems with their handicap line? several times I Go in with my Dad who is handicap with a heart condition, just because he doesn't carry a cane on him, first we thought we still had to stand in the regular line until handicap teller was empty then go to the window, but then other handicap personnel used to walk right in & go right into their window. I mentioned that we were next & one security guard states that we should have stood right behind the chair. So I try to stand behind the chair next time & the teller still calls someone out of the line just because they have a cane but yet he was standing in the regular line. I tried to state that we were next right here & she still took him next anyways, so I try to wait behind the chair so no one walks right in & cuts ahead like before; but the teller keeps asking me to have a seat or stand far back. I don't get it. I'm always very polite & helpful to others & yet still get treated that way. If this continues we'll be searching for another bank.
