        Referenced to Pat Koch's review of Family and Children Services dated 8/4/18: I completely agree with this review since my friend who uses Family and Children Services as her payee has and continues to experiences the same. This so call service does not communicate or informed their clients about anything. They should not be in a position such as a representative payee for they are in a position to destroy lives. A strict audit is long overdue. Clean house and send the ones responsible for their deeds into the big house now.
