The company was just fine until I had a shipment not turn up. NO cusotmer service barely replied to my frantic emails explaining I was nearly out of formula for my infant son. I wrote them about 8-10 emails in about a weeks time and had 2 emails back, none answering any of my questions. And will not answer if they have insurance on the package. They still will not answer. However they have sent me marketing emails. If you have a job of ONLY selling food for babies their only source of FOOD. I would hope they would be a little more sensitive to their customers. I believe they used to be a better business but since have gotten worse and worse.
