Smoothie Factory

I decided to try my own smoothie combination and I asked the girl behind the counter, she was making my smoothie if she had put in the fruit I requested. The owner replied to me instead and with an awful look and tone in his attitude, told me that "what you see up on the menu board is what is in my drink". He had no clue that I made up my own combination! After being humiliated in front of other customers, I decided to leave the smoothie on the counter and ask for a refund. The owner did not know how to do a refund; he had to call his mother. He could not locate his mother and told me that I needed to come back at another time to get a refund. Before, we even had a chance to respond, he went into the cash drawer and gave us our money back and then told me "You got paid to come in for a visit today" still exhibiting the same smug unprofessional demeaning attitude.

I love to go here after the gym. Their smoothies are the best.

i find the smoothies quite good. the problem is that they do not honor their stated hours of business. I showed up at 6:45 pm sign on door says open till 7pm. doors locked open sign turned off and it was clear it had closed at least five minutes before I got there. If you cant be open when you claim to be I cant be your customer
