It has been a total nightmare!! Afraid to leave the house when we are to have heavy rains!! Had a new roof put on last Sept and they sent out an unqualified crew to put on a Mansard/French roof. I had a leak 2 months ago with water running thru 3 bedroom heat vents. This was inspected last Sept and everything was suspose to be OK. Well when they one out after the water ran all over my hardwood floors they said a vent was put on upside down. They should have noticed this last Sept!!! Well they put the vent in the right way replaced all the wet insulation and things have been good till the all dat rain last Wed April 5th. Came home around 9pm after being gone since 6am had water running everywhere in only 2 bedrooms this time. I was told that they knew there was other problems other than the vent being upside down! They came last week and replaced lower shingles/black paper and completed the inside work today. I had to leave awhile and when I got bacon in an hour they were gone. They spray painted the stained ceilings with the paint going all over the top of an antique bookcase, paint on the hard wood floor in both bedrooms and spray paint on my good dresser and fireplace. You would have thought they would have covered things up! I spent an hour scrubbing snd polishing to get the paint spits removed. A flat roof might be ok but they are not qualified for 2 story Mansard roofs
