        Overall

        The Early Learning Coalition is complete joke. There is a lady by the name is Laura who works there and she is by far the most rudest person I have ever met. She will do anything in her power to try and find a reason to not give you services. Yes this place helps you once you do receive services but the application process.. BEWARE! Try at all possible to not have Laura as your specialist.
