very tough to get ahold of the supply area. have never called and taked to a person but always got a recording to leave a message and they will call back within 2 days, that 2 days has on occasion turned into a week. Have called customer support to try to help. at times they have been able to contact me to the supply area other times got the same results as leaving a Message. seems if they are truly that busy the need to work on customer support and Hires more people to work in the cpap supply area. at least more telephone operators.
