Lorain Admiral King High School provides various educational opportunities to the students of Lorain County in Ohio. It offers classes from kindergarten grades nine through 12 and enrolls more than 1,200 students. The school is governed by Lorain City School District. It offers a wide range of subjects, including English, math, science, history, social science, visual and performing arts, vocational education, consumer science, physical education and elective options. The school has a parent-teacher association that organizes and supports various school events and programs. Lorain Admiral King High School operates various clubs, including academic challenges team, drama and foreign language clubs, future educators of America, key and Leo clubs, National Honor Society, ski club, and student council providing extracurricular activities. It also provides a variety of athletic programs, such as football, tennis, volleyball, golf, ice hockey, basketball, soccer and softball.
