Eto Garage Doors

We wanted to thank ETO again. My wife is very, very pleased with the look of the doors from ETO and we will definitely be ordering more doors from them. The good news is next time we will have even more of a selection to choose from. We will definitely be back in touch with them in the spring when we do our next phase!

I purchased ETO’s Eclipse model doors and they arrived on time and in perfect condition. I have posted the photos of my front doors. The doors have made the entry outstanding. I am remodeling the whole house and the difference is astounding, and the compliments I receive on the front doors far out numbers the compliments I receive on any other part of the house. I am sending them an order for another eight (8) doors as I continue on my never ending project. Thanks ETO for the beautiful doors.

Letting everyone know that my doors were delivered early... The doors were packed so well that the truck driver was impressed as was my husband.

The doors are gorgeous, not as obscure as my husband wanted, but nonetheless very gorgeous. We went out to Lowe's yesterday and got the most beautiful silver satin door handles ever, so I wanted everyone to know ( I always give feedback because I love to talk) that we are very pleased we found ETO and will get many happy years out of our bamboo doors...............

I had 16 flush walnut doors installed in our offices and waiting room last from year from ETO. They are absolutely beautiful.

ETO's: pros, cons, summary.



Pros:

- Internet price matching (with just about anyone!)

- Huge inventory of doors in stock

- Plenty of parking

- Will make custom doors for you on site

- Plenty of sales people

- Carry a variety of residential and commercial doors and hardware.



Cons:

- Pre-Hung Custom Units are Non-refundable.

- Waiting Times on the phone can take a couple of minutes



Summary:

Consider this the Walmart of Doors. The inventory here is truly huge and varied. I love wood shops so it is a joy every time I visit them. ETO's stocking program and machinery is aggressive and top of the line (the reason I keep coming back) and the staff seem to be professional most of the time.



I am a local contractor and live about 45 minutes from ETO. The only issue I had to date is trying to return a pre-hung door that my customer ordered wrong. Overall, I would recommend ETO. Most of the staff seems cordial and willing to make sure you get what you want and the pricing and lead times are unbeatable.

Having run the sales and marketing for several fortune 500 companies’, I also had customer service as part of my responsibility. In my experience, I found the core principle upon which a customer service system is built is the customer and relying solely on a Customer Relationship Management Program. Second, the acknowledgement and appreciation of the relationship is important by listening to the feedback, demands, and understanding of the nuances of the customer’s problem. Finally, it’s important to manage interactions and be available to the customer.



It is for this reason, I am writing to let everyone know about Paula, Customer Service Specialist/Claims Representative at ETO. Paula has demonstrated all of these qualities in dealing with a recent installation problem I had with one of the three doors, in my new home.



Paula has a positive attitude, attention to detail, follow up and communication skills that were focused on my needs by thoroughly understanding the problem. She then took the required action to solve my issue, and I should add this was accomplished within days. Her action will inevitably come back to ETO in an equally positive way now and in the future. When you put the right staff in place, you set the proper foundation for customer relations success. I recommend ETO for standing behind its product, warranty and its customer service program as Paula demonstrated.

We combined our ETO door with an 1880 horse drawn carriage part that I found at an antique center. Adapted it as a handle. My contractor asked me if I paid $6,000 for the door. Needless to say I gave him ETO's web-site. Thanks again ETO for the show piece of my wine cellar
