Frankly when I saw that Harry’s Auto Collision Center wasn’t the 5 star reviewed establishment that it clearly is, I was shocked to read those one star reviews. It is incomprehensible how those experiences were a result from the professional quality, service, integrity and commitment that Rick and company delivered throughout the three month ordeal that was the result from the shell game played out between the various insurance companies involved with my accident. In fact the only empathy from the whole accident ordeal, came from Rick, as did the only positive experience and memory from an otherwise nightmare situation. Ultimately, Harry’s Auto Collision Center didn’t make a dime from my accident. They patiently waited while the insurance companies played their game, and not only kept me informed, but advocated on my behalf for what they believed rendered the estimated repairs unsafe and undoable- a bent frame, and therefore my car a total loss. That kind of superior service and commitment to doing the right thing for nothing, does not happen in a vacuum. Integrity and quality are the rule not the exception from Rick and company. While everyone is entitled to a bad day, it’s unfortunate that some customers take it out in a review. Believe me when I say, after the emotional experience of an accident, you deserve to take your car here.

You just can't beat this place for honest and reliable service. They bend over backwards for their customers and tell you straight up what's going on with your car. Whether you are knowledgeable or not about auto repair, they'll never rip you off.

10.29.15 - This is the fourth week in a row I was told my vehicle would be done on Friday that it is not done. This simply illustrates to me a poorly managed body shop that is unable to maintain the expectations of their clients and the demand of vehicles coming in. Good for them for being busy but bad for them for not knowing how to operate efficiently. They were nice enough to give me a loaner car once my insurance (30 days of coverage) ran out on a rental car; however, it's 10 plus years old, 123k miles on it and wouldn't pay 1500 for this loaner yet they have a 30k car of mine that I'm paying 10k worth of repairs on and they can't simply manage their own expectations. To add insult to injury I was blamed for taking 6 days to approve the estimate as one of the reasons they aren't done yet. If you have all the time in the world to wait for your vehicle to be ready Harrys may be an ok place to take it but if not I'd stead clear.
UPDATE - 11.14.15 still no car and same excuses given why the car isn't done, it's been a full 60 days of unprofessionalism, poor communication and clear poor management.. STAY CLEAR.

I brought my car in for an estimate a week and a half ago and was informed that an estimate would only take a few days. Not only has NO ONE contacted the insurance company about the estimate, an agent calls me 11 days later and says that I need to bring my car in AGAIN to have pictures taken again. NOTHING had been done in 11 days and I'm still at square one. I left several voice messages and sent several emails and no one contacted me about the status of the estimate. SUCH POOR customer service. Needless to say I will not be getting my car repaired by this shop.

Very unhappy with experience and lack of quality control. Staff was very rude not only to me but my AAA insurance adjuster too way to make a impression. Unfortunately my car was already in the process of getting repaired. Had to go back to body shop three times to point to poor quality of the repairs they attempted! Don't waste your time.
