        My 32" samsung flat-screen went belly-up, well outside warranty period. Samsung wanted $120. I wasn't comfortable with packing and shipping a big-ass TV and waiting upwards 2 weeks to get it back, so I searched for a local shop.

        Johnny's offered a free estimate ($100) and by the time I was done running errands that day, there was a message on my answering machine that it was finished and ready to pick-up.

        TV was picked-up from my home, repaired and returned the next day.

        Representative kept me informed on the progress of the repair.
