Overall

was impressed by workers and groomers. my big black belgian sheepdog mix 75 lbs.. knotted a lot.. a lot of work -came out beautifully, with no complaint or extra charge. I didn't want to have her shaved. bad experience with tlc had new groomer cut both her coats feared it would never grow back.
thrilled to find new groomers to trust,, bonnie..babe's mom
