Lucero is running an illegal scam out of different offices. He lends his name to untrained people who then claim to be able to do legal services under his supervision. My parents gave thousands to one of these capers who promptly disappeared. They were then contacted by a "paralegal" claiming to work under Richard Lucero named Claudia Aguilar who said the attorney was never aware of their case but would help them in their bankruptcy anyway even thought they said this capper used his name without his permission. (The bills were on the attorneys letterhead) They charged my parents an additional 800 dollars, helped them submit their bankruptcy paperwork and on their final corut date they dissappeared and failed to
