Paradise Shoe Repair

This place deserves no stars. I left 3 pairs of shoes and a dress here and when I went to pick it up the guy gave the shoes but no dress. This man, who claims to be the owner, had the nerve to tell me that I had already picked up my dress and that I owed him for that dry cleaning. He is not only giving bad customer service but also not taking responsibility for misplacing my dress. On top of all that he was very very rude about the whole situation. I'm never going back to this place and I suggest you don't go back either because you maybe losing a valuable family heirloom. This guy is a crook! Kevin I think is the name of the guy.

when i flew into la my heels broke and i found paradise when i got there i was exited the gentelman looked angry but lookes like he wasnt he just looks angry i asked him to fix my heels and he said "ok its my job to tell you what your shoe needs and then you can deside" so he poited out my couple problems that needed to be repaired and it was a fair price so i did it. I came back the next day and they were ready as he said they would be. I was so suprised that my shoes could be so shiny looks lik he shined my shoes for free and the job was done real good if i were to live around him i would definetly take more pairs of shoes that need to get repaired.
