Pizza Hut

when it first opened we dined in.as we were waiting for the pizza we noticed a dead fly in the glass cheese shaker,lost my appetite and never have gone back since.parlor was dirty inside also.

called the mgr Dec 26 to complain about how cold our pizza was when delivered an hour late. She was rude and not helpful had this problem 4 other times and was sick of it so i finally complained. Then she offered a 20.00 credit which I spent way more then that. Called the headquarters said I would get a call back from the district mgr not one phone call back. so I will never get pizza there again. They use to be good but all the drivers are blaming that there is not enough help and it isnt their problem that pizza is cold and to complain to the mgr. Well not a small wonder they cant find help the mgr is a total rude wench!!!
