customer service is the worst. out of control rude. City of Heroes and City of Villains is owned by Cryptic Studios and produce by Paragon Studios and Korean 3rd party publisher NCOSFT. and the service was cut off for no good excuse. and did not follow rules and regulations of the Federal Government and broken the rules of the consumer protection that both NCSOFT and CRYPTIC STUDIOS simple did not obey the law. leaving the customers and Paragon studios left in the dust
