Fantastic Sams

I went in with long and and left with short hair. JUST RUINED! It looks horrible. I asked for 4-5 inches off came out with my hair 8 inches shorter. My hair as below my waist and now is barley to my bra strap! Also went in with a coupon from ValPack (http://www.valpak.com/coupons/display/FANTASTIC-SAMS---LOS-GATOS/95008/856798/855670) which states Adult Cut $14* - Kids Cut $13* - Color $2.00 OFF *Offers Good Sun-Wed. Offers good at Los Gatos Salon ONLY. One coupon per customer. Coupons may not be combined with any other offer. Not valid with any other offer. Coupon void if altered. Expires 05/31/2010. They would not honor it since my hair WAS long.‎ No where does the coupon say long hair excluded.

I used to go to the salon and come back home and wash my hair. Since I have found Jenik I have been happy every single time that she has done something on my hair.

I have been her customer for the last 7 years and I could strongly say she is the best I drive all the way from San Ramon to Los Gatos because of her great job.
